Responsabilità Lead end-to-end management of large-scale infrastructure projects including construction, expansions, renovations, and retrofits of warehouses, manufacturing plants and industrial facilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for $5M–$100M+ efforts
Collaborate with Finance on capital planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors for quality, schedule, and cost control
Partner with executives to align facility projects with strategy and operational requirements
Oversee procurement processes including RFPs, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor performance
Coordinate with internal engineering teams on MEP, structural, and civil design requirements
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, environmental standards, and corporate policies
Manage risk identification and mitigation across project lifecycles; resolve issues
Provide status reports to stakeholders up to executive leadership; drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets
