At Bootiful, we’re building a different kind of fitness company: one that starts from within, and ends with bigger pies. Every detail matters.

We’re scaling quickly and looking for someone to bring that same attention to our finances, administration and internal processes. Long story short, you'll be counting dollars. You’ll work directly with the founders, take real ownership and help build the structure behind our next stage of growth.

What you’ll do

- Manage financial reporting: prepare and maintain our P&L;, cash flow, budgets and other reports that help us understand the business.
- Manage payments and reconciliations: handle payments to suppliers, trainers and other partners, checking that invoices, sales, payouts and bank transactions match.
- Create company-wide processes: build clear, practical ways of working that keep the business organised and make everyday tasks easier.
- Keep invoices and receipts up to date: make sure fatture, scontrini and supporting records are complete, correctly recorded and coordinated with our accountant.




- Manage documentation: organise contracts, company records, financial documents and deadlines so everything is accessible and current.
- Support everyday administration: as in any startup, part of the role involves manual and repetitive work—entering data, uploading documents, collecting receipts, following up and handling whatever administrative tasks arise.

Who you are

- You are exceptionally detail-oriented, organised and reliable.
- You have hands-on experience in finance and administration.
- You are very comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables and working with data.
- You understand P&L; and cash flow and can turn numbers into clear reports.
- You take initiative, follow through and are comfortable with both analytical work and routine administrative tasks.
- You speak fluent English and Italian.
