Field Sales Representative-Naples

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative in Naples to support the expansion of an international vaping brand in the Italian market.

Candidates based in the above locations will be given priority.

Compensation & Benefits

€1,600–€3,000 per month

€0.30/km mileage allowance

Up to €1,000 quarterly performance premio

Salary paid on the 20th of each month

EOR employment model

Part-time candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to retail stores and distributors within the assigned territory

Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with store owners and distributors

Support product promotion, retail orders and distribution

Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing and promotions

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and business partners





Plan and manage daily field activities and customer visit routes

Submit regular activity reports and participate in weekly online meetings

Requirements

Valid authorization to work in Italy

Valid Italian/local driving license

Own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly for business

Fluent Italian and English

Experience in field sales, retail, business development, channel sales or related fields is preferred

Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales is a plus

Candidates with strong xkiyazw communication and business development potential, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply
