Enterprise Account Executive - Italy

Location: Northern Italy (preferably Milan or Turin)

Salary: Up to €110K base

Own a €2M territory with major enterprise accounts and help drive 30% growth across Italy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, selling complex solutions to large organisations (must have).
- Extensive experience across automotive, manufacturing, and CPG (must have).
- Established relationships across Northern Italy, particularly Milan and Turin.
- Proven success winning enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts and consistently achieving quota.
- Fluency in Italian and English (must have).

About the Role:

- Own the industrial territory across Northern Italy, covering manufacturing, automotive and retail.
- Grow 7-8 existing enterprise accounts while identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities.
- Build a new-business pipeline, balancing a 70% existing-customer and 30% new-logo focus.




- Lead opportunities end to end, partnering with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Channel teams.
- Take clear ownership of territory strategy and revenue growth across a market with significant untapped potential.
- Travelling as needed across Northern Italy for customer visits.
