YOUR ROLE
Collaborate With HR Analytics Team To Create An HR Reporting And Projection Tool In Order To Support Better HR Events Analysis, Decision Making And Forecasting, Through
- - Design data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements;
- Implement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources;
- Implement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data,
to aggregate it;
- Develop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights;
- Develop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests;
- Perform data analysis on specific topics;
- Implement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans;
- Collect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide;
- Fix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues.
Your Skills & Experience
- - Statistics & Advanced data analysis
- Dashboarding and data visualization
- Stakeholder management
- PowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool
- Programming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL)
