Job Details
We are looking for a Project Manager Intern (all genders) who is eager to develop a career in Project Management within the healthcare and scientific events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
- Assist with participant registration management and communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
- Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of event-related documentation and materials.
- Support project execution while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel when required.
