What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager, overseeing the planning,



execution and delivery of construction projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget and project timelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supervising site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Activities:
Reporting to the Chief Real Estate, the Construction Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with quality standards.
- Developing project budgets, schedules and resource plans, monitoring performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying, selecting and managing subcontractors, suppliers and external consultants.
- Negotiating and administering subcontract agreements and supplier contracts.
