Role Description The Coach Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This position is responsible for supporting business development, guiding project teams, and coaching consultants to achieve performance and quality objectives. Day-to-day activities include analyzing client needs, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, monitoring project progress, and contributing to strategic planning and process improvements.

Manager will also facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Experience in business management, project coordination, or consulting within engineering, technology, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, client relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Proficiency in analyzing business and technical requirements, with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Italian and other European languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Comfort working in an international environment and adapting to diverse cultures and organizational contexts.
- Availability to travel occasionally to client sites and other company offices, as required.
