Hiring: Client Contract Manager
We are looking for an experienced Client Contract Manager to manage the end-to-end client contract lifecycle, including request-to-cash activities, service setup, governance, commercial management, process optimisation, and organic growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client contracts, governance, obligations, risks, quality, and profitability.
- Design and optimise request-to-cash processes.
- Lead client engagement and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Support solution design, service creation, commercial proposals, and contract growth.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in the telecom or IT industry.
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.
- Degree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.
- ITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
