CollaboratewithSales,Revenue,andHotelOperationsteamstomaximizerevenueopportunitiesandminimizeoperationalinefficiencies.

Superviseandensurecompletionofdaily,weekly,andmonthlytasksrelatedtoservations,audits,revenue,compliance,finance,visas,andgroupbookings.

Identifyandescalaterisksrelatedtorevenue,finance,andguestexperiencetoseniormanagementforproactiveresolution.

Monitorandresolveguestcomplaintspromptlybycoordinatingwithrelevantdepartmentstoensureasatisfactoryresolution





Keepthedepartmentupdatedwithpropertyinformation,serviceofferings,newrates,andsellingstrategiestoenhanceoperationalefficiency.

Motivatethereservationsteamtoachievehighservicelevelsandoperationalexcellence,fosteringacultureofcontinuousimprovement.

Conducttrainingfornewcolleaguesandoverseethecompletionofallbusinesstrainingrequirements,ensuringpersonaldevelopmentplansareinplaceforallteammembers.

Regularlyassessteamperformance,providecoachingandfeedback,conductperformancereviews,andensureadherencetoKPIsandstandards.
