is seeking an experienced AMS Service Manager to oversee all activities related to AMS services for domestic and international clients in the Smart Metering/Smart Grid sector.

The role requires coordinating distributed teams, managing SLAs, and handling escalations with a focus on high-quality service delivery.

You will liaise with product, development, and software factory teams, analyse supplier proposals, and contribute to service reviews and SALs. xysqume
