Offer Description

The overall objective of the project is to develop, optimize and validate innovative analytical methods combining conventional and green sample preparation techniques with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis. These methods will be applied for the determination of different classes of molecules in biological samples of clinical and nutritional interest, as well as in food matrices, including endogenous bioactive compounds present in foods and agri-food industry by-products, and exogenous molecules.
