We are looking for an Agroservice Specialist to strengthen our team in Monselice , supporting the development and evaluation of our maize, sugar beet, and broader crop portfolio for the Italian market. The position is permanent .
In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams, helping to transform agronomic data into valuable insights that support product development and customer success.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate field trials, with a primary focus on maize and sugar beet.
- Plan, organize, and monitor variety trials, ensuring high-quality data collection and timely execution of field activities.
- Analyze trial results and provide agronomic recommendations to support product positioning and portfolio decisions.
- Support the introduction of new products and contribute to the implementation of innovative agronomic strategies.
- Deliver technical expertise and training to sales teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Organize field visits, demonstration events, and technical meetings with farmers and commercial teams.
- Support variety registration activities, particularly for sugar beet.
- Coordinate stewardship activities related to KWS High Value Concepts such as Conviso® Smart and CR+.
- Prepare technical presentations and collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries.
Your Profile
- Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Initial experience in agronomy, variety trials, crop evaluation, or technical-commercial support.
- Fluency in Italian and English .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret agronomic and market data.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the area.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of Power BI, statistical analysis, or data visualization tools is an advantage.

- Competitive salary package between €27,850 and €43,000 gross per year, according to experience
