MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector. The "Contract Administration Italy" function of MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a "**Contract Manager**". **Required Qualification**: * Economics * Minimum grade: 105/110 **Professional Experience**: * Recent graduates - Experience of at least 2 or 3 years in contract administration or management will be a preferential title. **Activities foreseen for the role**: The selected resource will be responsible for all or part of the following activities, depending on the type of contract assigned: * Provide an opinion during the contract negotiation phase, particularly for T&C; related to the invoicing plan, payment plan, licenses, insurance, and guarantees. * Participate in the Kick-off meeting and subsequent program reviews. * Work with the program/project team. * Participate in drafting annual economic-financial objectives and periodic progress with the responsibility for: turnover, collections, penalty calculation, price revision, identifying associated risks/opportunities. * Coordinate and facilitate discussion among involved company functions in case of contractual issues related to managed contracts. * Verify the T&C; of contracts and related amendments. * Analyze the impacts in case of contractual amendments, particularly on T&C; related to:
deliveries, invoicing plan, payment plan, licenses, penalties, insurance, and guarantees. * Manage contract penalties, both in terms of calculation and claim management towards the client in support of the program. * Manage the price revision provided for by the contract. * Participate in the organization of shipments of contractual supplies and ensure that all accompanying documentation complies with the contract and relevant regulations. * Manage collections related to your contracts: * monitoring contractual deadlines, turnover, and collections. * prepare, if required, the necessary documentation during the acceptance phase of the supply and related documentation for collection. * Interface with the client for all formal correspondence, for the management of financial/insurance/administrative issues of the contract. * Verify the insurance provided for by the contract. * Evaluate, prepare, and monitor requests for derogations/licenses and any updates (Law 185/90). * Enter data related to: Sales Order, invoicing request, and collections into the company's IT system. * Archive contractual documentation and official correspondence to and from the client. **Professional Skills**: * Main contractual structures; Terms & Conditions. * Knowledge of export regulations. * Knowledge of the economic-financial management aspects of contracts. * SAP (in particular SD and FI modules). * Microsoft Office. **Language Skills**: * Good knowledge of written and spoken English. * Knowledge of French will be a preferential title. **Organizational Skills/Soft skills**: * Analytical skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving. * Teamwork attitude.
