h3MISSION /h3 pFor a new logistics site of an important international company operating in the Retail sector, we are looking for a bLogistic /b bTeam Leader Inbound /b who will be responsible to provide an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /p h3MAIN ACTIVITIES /h3 pReporting directly to the Department Manager Inbound, the candidate will: /p ul liEnsure an efficient and well-organised inbound flow from both operational and administrative perspectives. /li liEnsure the department is staffed with the required number of employees with the appropriate qualifications and competencies. /li liEnsure daily execution of operational warehouse tasks. /li liProvide regular, timely and objective feedback to the Department Manager. /li liTake responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Department Manager. /li liPromote employee engagement and motivation. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes. /li liMonitor KPIs and employees' daily performance. /li liSet clear goals and follow up on execution. /li liEnsure an efficient Inbound operation. /li liLead inbound operations, performance management, absence meetings, employee dialogues, goal setting and vacation planning. /li liPrepare and update team schedules in compliance with labour legislation.



/li liPerform additional tasks assigned by the immediate manager. /li liReport relevant operational information and improvement opportunities to management. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul lidegree or Diploma, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; /li liproven experience in managing warehouse operations; /li liprevious experience of at least 3 years in leading and developing warehouse teams; /li listrong knowledge of inbound logistics processes and warehouse management operations; /li liexperience in KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and budget management; /li ligood knowledge of IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); /li libgood command of the English language (B1/B2) /b. /li /ul h3The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: /h3 ul liexcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; /li liresults-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach; /li listrong communication and interpersonal skills; /li liability to perform effectively in fast-paced and complex operational environments. /li /ul pLocation: province of Rovigo /p pCompensation package and employment terms will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. /p h3Expected RAL: € /h3 pThis vacancy is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with applicable equal opportunity legislation. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
