**MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector.** **MBDA represents the first Group at European level with production and design capabilities capable of covering the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air and sea).** Within the "**insert Directorate**" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a "**Software Team Leader**". The selected resource will report to the head of the Ground System Software Italy department belonging to the Group Software engineering function and will participate in SW development activities within projects concerning command and control systems relating to Avionics weapon systems as regards both the logic, algorithms and management of graphic consoles. They will also deal with the development of documentation according to the most known applicable standards. **Required qualification**: * Degree in computer engineering,
electronics or TLC or in any case having gained experience similar to the activities foreseen for the role. * Minimum grade: 106/110 **Professional Skills**: * Programming languages: C, C++, UML, Java (J2SE and J2EE), OpenGL, QT * Web languages: HTML, JSP, SQL, Javascript, CSS, XML * DBMS: MySQL * Network protocols: UDP, TCP/IP, SSL, Smtp, POP3 * Security: SSH, digital signatures, MD5 cryptography, firewall * Operating systems: Windows and Linux * Other: IBM Rhapsody, RTC, MatLab, MS Office **Language skills**: * Excellent spoken and written English **Organizational skills/Soft skills**: * Availability for interpersonal relationships, analysis and problem solving skills, results orientation, initiative and autonomy, team working, * ability to organize one's work, verbal and written communication, adaptability. * Availability to operate in international contexts and teams. * Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
