h3CUSTOMS OPERATIONS MANAGER /h3 h3Main activities /h3 ul liEnsure and oversee the correct application of Italian and European customs regulations. /li liManage and supervise Customs Compliance and Customs Valuation matters, providing expert support in the most complex cases. /li liCoordinate the operational and organizational activities typically associated with a Customs Broker. /li liDefine, implement, and continuously improve customs procedures and processes, promoting high standards of efficiency and compliance. /li liManage relationships with the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency, coordinating customs audits, inspections, and verification activities. /li liCollaborate with Senior Management and department leaders to support business needs and objectives. /li liLead, develop, and mentor the Customs team, fostering professional growth and capability development. /li liSupport business development through a consultative approach, understanding clients' needs and translating them into operational and strategic customs solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liProven experience in the operational management of customs clearance processes; /li liSound knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements; /li liAbility to independently manage import/export customs procedures; /li liKnowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures; /li liAbility to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, Customs Brokers, and Customs Authorities; /li liStrong attention to detail, organizational skills,
