MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector. MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a "**Project Engineer Infrastructures**". **Required Qualification**: * Degree in civil, electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, Diploma of expert, electrical engineer, industrial or equivalent background **Professional Experience** (*indicate the type of experience required and the minimum and maximum years of experience*) * Experience gained in the domain of technical infrastructures (production environments, training, installation, etc.) **Activities foreseen for the role**: The chosen resource will deal with the following activities: * The Resource will collaborate with senior Project Managers in the implementation and monitoring of infrastructural projects: * laboratory use areas * production areas, * areas intended for office use, * Storage infrastructures, * Canteens * Conventional infrastructures (e.g.: training centers). For which infrastructural activities of new constructions or redevelopments are foreseen in terms of building, plant (electrical, mechanical, data, special systems) works. The Resource, through constant collaboration with external suppliers (consultants, designers and executing companies) and internal contacts,



will intervene in the following phases: **DATA COLLECTION** Collection and analysis of basic requirements provided by customers and will define the principles according to which the design and construction of infrastructures will be developed. **DESIGN** Where necessary, the resource will have to coordinate the various interlocutors (Designers, DL, CSE,...) in monitoring the various design phases. They will also have to coordinate the design verification. **PERMITTING** The resource will have to follow (together with the design team) the requests for obtaining the various permits from the competent authorities (Municipality, Province, Region, ASL, Fire Brigade,...), ensuring the preparation of the required documentation and promoting meetings and gatherings with institutions where necessary. **EXECUTION** Where necessary, together with the works management team, they will have to monitor the executing companies during the execution of the works, especially with regard to the peculiarities relating to MBDA systems. The role involves numerous interrelations with internal teams: * Finance: for the procurement and formalization of necessary budgets * Procurement: for the purchase of services (consulting, design, contracts…) * Programs:



for the coordination of deliverables throughout the duration of the order * Engineering: for the procurement of information relating to products as well as with external partners/consultants: * Consulting firms * Design firms * Construction companies The resource may work on multiple projects simultaneously in relation to the breadth of the work to be carried out and may use skills belonging to the different departments of the Company. To complete the aforementioned activities, the resource will be involved in transversal projects relating to the implementation of processes and reference documents for the infrastructure team. In particular, they will deal with: * creating the necessary database for maintaining the activity * Being punctual logistical support within the project * Creating templates and related documents; * Supporting the project manager in creating technical/economic reports and/or presentations to illustrate the status of activities (Budget, Cost Control Plan, Monthly Progress Reports, Reports for Management). **Professional Skills**: * Project Management * Design / management of infrastructures and systems * Maintenance of infrastructures and systems * National mobility * Experience in the use of specialized design tools Autodesk - Autocad and BIM Revit; * Knowledge of health and safety aspects in the workplace (D.Lgs 81/08); * Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Package, with particular reference to MS Project and Excel. **Language skills**: * English **Organizational Skills/Soft skills**: * Teamwork * Supplier management
