Every solution is tailored to specific operational needs, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance. /p pAt Boldrocchi, we combine technical expertise, global project execution capabilities, and a collaborative culture where people and innovation drive our success. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bSenior Project Manager /bto lead complex international projects involving rotating equipment, with a particular focus on industrial fans and air handling systems. /p pThis role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge and project management expertise, ideally developed in industries such as energy, oil gas, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing. /p pYou will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technically demanding projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage projects involving rotating equipment from contract award through execution and final delivery /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities /li liEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle /li liMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies /li liEnsure compliance with technical specifications,
quality standards, and contractual obligations /li liManage project reporting, documentation, and internal communication /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within industrial environments /li liProven experience managing projects involving rotating equipment such as industrial fans, compressors, turbines, blowers, or pumps /li liStrong technical understanding of rotating machinery and mechanical systems /li liExperience working in international and complex project environments /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills /li liStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems /li liProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is considered a plus /li liMechanical Engineering degree or similar technical background /li /ul h3Why Join Boldrocchi Group /h3 pAt Boldrocchi Group, people are at the heart of everything we do.
