We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About the role:The primary function for the Industrial Engineer is to maintain and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production activities.You will report to the Industrial Engineer Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.Key Responsibilities:Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards;Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency;Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance;Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning;Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.Qualifications:Technical High school or Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline;2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments;Knowledge of SAP or other ERP;Knowledge of manufacturing cycles;Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min.
