Join a growing care team and make a meaningful difference for three local seniors. We are looking for someone who connects naturally with people and brings patience, warmth, and reliability to every visit.
The Opportunity
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Client locations: Parma

What You’ll Do
- Assist a mobile stroke client, a very respectful & likeable elderly male with great life stories
- Diaper change and toileting.
- Safely guide mobility throughout the home
- Dressing assistance
- Complete light housekeeping, including bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home
- Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and snacks if needed.
- Possible transportation to and from appointments
- Possible shopping tasks.
- Communicate concerns or changes to the Senior Helpers office team
Who We’re Looking For
- A warm, patient, and engaging person who connects well with seniors
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and ready to begin immediately
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
- A Caregiver that wants to earn merit pay and recognition rewards; for example, a 90 DAY RETENTION BONUS for being on time and completing shifts as assigned *
- Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
- Care giving experience preferred but not required but must be willing and able to perform all responsibilities noted above
- Parkinson’s and Dementia care experience is a plus but not required
Pay and Benefits
? Weekday Pay: $17 – $20/hr. ( based on experience)
