What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Belong to the Protected Categories (Law 68/99).
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and service focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
It would be great if you also have
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, transportation or logistics environments.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
- A proactive attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
- An interest in developing your career within an international environment.
What You Will Do On a Typical Day
- Enter and manage customer orders within the company’s TMS.
- Monitor the progress of transport services.
- Ensure accurate order tracking, updates and closure.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Support administrative activities related to transport operations.
- Support the management and development of the existing customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
