Role Overview Are you looking to expand your career in Portugal ? We are hiring customer-centric Italian speakers for our multicultural team in Lisbon . Serving as the primary contact for Italian clients, you will resolve user issues via phone, email, and live messaging. Primary Responsibilities Client Engagement : Answer incoming Italian client inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels with a courteous, professional tone and exceptional attention to detail.
Problem Solving : Identify client issues, diagnose underlying problems methodically, and provide quick, personalized solutions to guarantee complete user satisfaction.
Data Logging : Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, ticket progress, and resolution notes inside internal CRM systems .
Performance Goals : Consistently achieve team metrics and key performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction ( CSAT ), First Contact Resolution ( FCR ), and Average Handle Time ( AHT ).
Ongoing Development : Participate in regular training modules and continuous learning sessions to keep up with product upgrades, internal policies, and daily operational procedures.
Requirements Language Proficiency : Fluent or C1/C2 level mastery in Italian (oral and written); at least B2 level proficiency in English for internal workplace communication, instruction, and system use.
Flexibility :
Willingness and adaptability to work a fully flexible, rotating 24/7 schedule designed to meet global support demands.
Presence : Must work on-site at our state-of-the-art Lisbon workspace (remote options are not available for this position).
Legal Status : EU/EEA citizenship, a valid EU passport, or an existing Portuguese work permit ensuring unrestricted local employment rights.

Compensation Plans Candidates can choose between two tailored compensation structures:
Option A: Local Offer (For Lisbon Residents) Gross Monthly Base : €1,262.33 (paid across 12 months)
Housing : Self-sourced accommodation
Best Suited For : Local Lisbon residents or candidates managing their own housing and living arrangements independently
Option B: Relocation Offer (For Candidates Moving to Lisbon) Gross Monthly Base : €1,059.00 (paid across 12 months)
Housing Included : Private room in a shared corporate flat , with all core utility bills fully covered
Travel Assistance : Inbound flight cost reimbursement after completing the trial period, plus complimentary airport transfer service upon arrival
