About the Role
We are looking for a Patent Attorney to join our team in Bologna for the energy storage devices machine group (Lavoro da remoto applicable). The candidate will experience a challenging multibusiness and multidisciplinary environment spanning form mechanichs to electronics and AI applied to packaging and automated machines. He/She will strongly interact with R&D;,
Legal Department and external IP firms to undertake and manage actions and strategies to properly protect the intellectual property of Coesia Companies.
Major accountabilities will include: Prior art research Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis Drafting and prosecution of patent applications What You Need to Be Successful Proven experience (at least 3 years) in the role Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronical or Automation), Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or another equivalent technical degree, Ph D as a plus Fluent both in Italian and in English European or at least a National qualification. (EQE trainees, or partly qualified European Attorneys, will be also considered). Knowledge of energy storage devices as a plus.
