You collaborate across a global, multidisciplinary group to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal input. You will develop transactional and drafting skills while managing multiple work-streams, with clear progression opportunities in a supportive, inclusive culture.ResponsabilitàHandle a variety of M&A and Private Equity transactions with cross-border elementsCollaborate with clients and other lawyers to deliver high-quality,



business-focused adviceDevelop transactional and organizational skills and superior technical abilitiesLead deals and manage multiple work-streams within a deal teamContribute to a supportive, team-based working environment to drive successful outcomesRequisiti fondamentaliAssociate (qualified up to 2025) with experience in M&A and Private EquityExperience at top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firmStrong academic backgroundTeam player xysqume with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skillsHigh level of commercial awareness; able to lead deals while managing multiple work-streamsExperience in transactions with listed companies is highly regardedstrong communicationanalytical thinkingdrafting skillsM&APrivate Equitycross-border transactions
