Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Chapter Lead__Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to play an instrumental role in the energy transition with focus on new direct current applications by enhancing the Solid State Circuit Breakers (SSCB) offering. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements for the SSCB and will transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability of our SSCB solutions.- Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:In-depth analysis of customer applications to determine product featuresConducting valuation of market size and trends, as well as competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB's market standingUnderstanding and collecting market and customer requirements, and their impact on new developments for SSCB offer portfolioManaging the technical specifications of the assigned products and supporting the development of the business caseSupporting customers and sales team on technical topics related to the SSCBManaging product ecosystem including master data,



documentation and design and configuration toolsWorking within an Agile Team environment, embracing Agile methodology and practices to deliver value incrementallyQualifications for the RoleDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related discipline)Knowledge of power electronics technologiesStrong ability to work effectively within cross-functional international teamsYou are at ease communicating in EnglishGenuine interest in electrical products and passion for technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented mindset with an innovation-focused approach. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learningFamiliarity with Agile methodology and iterative development processes (considered a plus)Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker technology (considered a plus)Product management or engineering experience within the electrical/industrial sector (considered a plus)Compensation PackageAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: MetalmeccanicoMinimum annual salary: € 53.000Variable Pay: AIP Target 10% + Eligible for Company Productivity BonusThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications,
