STMicroelectronics is seeking a Power Technology Engineer in Italy to advance SiC-based power devices. You will conduct basic research, develop device architectures, and use TCAD to model new technology platforms while applying FMEA and risk assessment methods.

Technical documentation will be prepared for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a Master’s degree in physics/engineering, 5 years in power electronics, and proficiency with Excel and English.
