OurGraduate Development Programis a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work.
The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learningobjectives. Tasksevolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
From day one, you join ION on afull-time permanent contract,carrying real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
What You'll Do
Across phases, you will gain hands‑on experience withstate‑of‑the‑artmethodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment, working across Cloud infrastructure,DevSecOpspractices, and security. Your work will include:
- Designing, deploying, and managing Cloud infrastructure and services
- Working with containerization technologies and Kubernetes to support scalable, resilient systems
- Contributing toDevSecOpspipelines, embedding security at every stage of the development lifecycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineeringobtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
- Proficiencyin Python or at least one scripting language, with basic knowledge of Cloud, Kubernetes, and cybersecurity
- Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+)
- Based in Pisa or willing torelocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
Nice tohave:design pattern knowledge, Terraform, Java or Go.
Gross Salary Range
- 34.000 - 38.000 EUR
