Job Description
The ideal candidate is a person genuinely oriented towards hospitality, capable of anticipating guests' needs and transforming every stay into a memorable experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with impeccable, professional, and personalized service
- Manage reservations for restaurants, transfers, private tours, exclusive experiences, and island events
- Provide qualified and always up-to-date recommendations on local attractions, culture, and lifestyle
- Maintain close relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure top-level experiences
- Use the Protel PMS accurately and efficiently for managing requests and bookings
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and consistent service aligned with 5-star luxury standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concierge in comparable establishments (5-star hotels or luxury hospitality)
- Excellent knowledge of the Protel PMS
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and personalized service
- Fluent English; knowledge of one or more additional foreign languages will be considered a plus
- Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining elegance and composure
- Knowledge of the Campania region and the Capri destination will be considered a plus.

- Seasonal contract for the 2027season
- Local talent is preferred; however, shared accommodation will be provided for non-residents.
