Senior Accountant

We are looking for a full-time senior accountant, working remotely within 200 km of Milan, to look after payments and bookkeeping for a family's private assets.Verifichi qui sotto se possiede i requisiti per questa occasione e, in tal caso, invii la sua candidatura il prima possibile.The assets include property in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Greece, some fund investments, and small companies in Italy and Greece.
Most of the work is in Italy.
You will work closely with the family and with the existing external accountants and advisers.What you'll doPay bills and suppliers across the different properties and companies, in EUR, CHF, USD and GBPKeep the books up to date and the paperwork organised: invoices, contracts, bank statementsTrack rent and other income, and follow up on anything overdueKeep an eye on property costs, including renovation invoices,



property taxes and service chargesRecord fund statements and check them against our own recordsGather what the external accountants need for tax filings, and keep track of deadlinesWhat we're looking forAt least 8 years of accounting experience, ideally including some international or multi-entity workExcellent knowledge of Italian accounting and tax (IVA, F24, fatturazione elettronica)Fluent written and spoken English and xysqume ItalianOrganised, reliable and discreetFrench is a plusTermsFull-time, permanent employment contract, exclusive to us (no other clients or outside work)Remote, living within 200 km of Milan, with regular in-person meetings in Milan (travel costs covered)Salary: from €35,000 gross per year (RAL), depending on experienceStart: immediately#J-*****-Ljbffr
