In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide.Tutti i candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro e le relative informazioni prima di candidarsi.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.Review batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.Manage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualifiedPerform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...)

Your starting salary may be higher, depending on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role.Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
