From day one, you join ION on a full-time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
What You'll DoAcross phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment.
The program is designed to grow well-rounded, full-stack professionals.
Your work will include:
Contributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery
Designing, developing, and testing software solutions across different technology stacks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products
Solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions
What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in a STEM discipline - obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
Programming experience in one or more of: Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, Python
Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+)
Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
