ResponsabilitàCoordinate and lead the full solution cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identify customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution
Demonstrate Salesforce products through customized demos and concepts for key decision-makers
Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain vital knowledge
Respond to RFPs efficiently and drive the technical side of the sales process
Build innovative, customized solutions addressing business issues and value
Pursue ongoing learning through internal training and mentorship programs
Aim to achieve quarterly and annual objectives
Collaborate with teams to support sales and customer success
Travel occasionally as required
Requisiti fondamentaliHands-on Salesforce experience
Fluency in Italian and English
Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree
Experience delivering Digital Transformation strategies for customers
Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Good time management in a dynamic team environment
Team player with problem-solving mindset
Curiosity for technology, knowledge sharing, and rapid learning
Willingness to travel occasionally

Knowledge in consumer goods or telco is a plus
