The programme aims to strengthen cooperation betweenAfrica and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

In this context, we are seeking a qualifiedNon-Key Expert - Space Knowledge & Communications Expertto support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the Africa-EU space partnership.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
University degree of at least three yearsincommunication, journalism, knowledge management, information science, or a related field.
Excellent command of English.
Working knowledge ofFrench and/or Portuguese is an asset.
Minimum General Professional Experience
Minimum3 years of professional experiencein communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
Minimum Specific Professional Experience
At least1 year of professional experience producing knowledge and/or communication products for donor-funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content, case studies, digital knowledge platforms and/or EU-compliant visibility material.
xysqume Space or STI experience is an asset.
