Responsabilità
Principal technical advisor and architect for critical initiatives aligning with business goals
Drive technical decision-making and architecture reviews to balance delivery and long-term health
Represent engineering leadership in planning with product and design for cross-product alignment
Implement engineering best practices and scalable processes to boost velocity and quality
Establish metrics/KPIs, drive post-mortems, and reduce organizational friction
Mentor senior engineers and tech leads, enabling career development and hiring standards
Bridge engineering with wider leadership to influence strategy across multiple teams xysqume and product areas
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years of software engineering experience
Proven leadership in organizations with 30+ engineers
Strong system design and architecture skills
