Ensuring quality and environmental compliance (ISO **** / ISO ***** / ISO *****) and internal requirements.
The role has overall responsibility for quality across the manufacturing operations for the industrial automation market, with a strong focus on product reliability, process capability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical disciplineSignificant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.Experience in electromechanical, industrial automation,
or related industrySolid knowledge of ISO ****************/IATF and Quality Management SystemsExperience with manufacturing process control, product testing, non-conformity management, and continuous improvementExperience in customer and supplier quality managementFamiliarity with quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and CAPAFluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
