Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with client goals and digital transformation
Oversee complex cybersecurity projects from design to implementation and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Develop innovative security solutions leveraging AI, blockchain, and cloud technologies
Mentor and develop team members, support talent recruitment, and foster a culture of excellence
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to enhance client security offerings
University degree in cyber security, information technology, or related field
4 to 6 years of relevant IT security consulting or similar experience
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, xysqume ISO/IEC *****, SABSA)
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO***** preferred
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent Italian and English communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively
