Key Responsibilities
Produce great quality food.
Contribute to the food development journey.
Use quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible.
Share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums.
Required Experience & Qualifications




Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
Self-motivated and takes pride in producing great quality food.
Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
Passionate about customer service.
