Columbia Sportswear is expanding its Italian retail network and seeks a hands-on Retail Operations Manager Europe.
Based in Italy with remote flexibility, you will lead and develop Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and coordinate openings with partner networks.
You will travel frequently across Italy, analyze KPIs, implement regional strategies, and ensure a consistent Columbia experience at all locations.
Fluent Italian and English are required.
