The role involves using quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced produce where possible, and sharing menu ideas through Chef Forums.
The successful candidate will help create a thriving and inclusive club culture.

Produce great quality food.

Required Experience & Qualifications




Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
Self-motivated, with pride in producing great quality food.
Comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
Passionate about customer service.
