Create, oversee and promote a safety- and wellbeing-focused culture
Analyze and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity




Oversee process-improvement projects to enhance productivity and service quality
Evaluate shift performance against objectives and implement improvements
Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree
Relevant experience in people management
Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
Experience using data or evidence to influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
stakeholder communication
team leadership
problem solving
Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
Experience in logistics environments
MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
