OverviewIn this role you drive construction input across project phases to ensure design is constructible and aligned with execution strategies.
You will collaborate with designers, engineers and the Home Office Construction Manager, supporting FEED to EPCM delivery in energy and materials sectors.
You gain exposure to global contractors, fabrication yards and field execution, shaping methodologies and logistics for complex plant projects.
This is a hybrid, international role with a strong focus on constructability and efficient project delivery.

ResponsabilitàProvide constructability input across feasibility, FEED and EPCM phases
liaise with designers, engineers and construction teams to embed construction needs in design
conduct site surveys and field assessments to validate assumptions and constraints
develop construction strategies, execution philosophies and contracting approaches
support constructability studies and methodology reviews during engineering and execution
prepare installation sequences,
work packages and execution plans for plant modifications
evaluate modularization, offsite fabrication, heavy lifting and transportation opportunities
interface with international contractors, fabrication yards and vendors during all phases
participate in contractor evaluations, audits and shop inspections as required
maintain quality records and ensure project requirements are met
Requisiti fondamentaliGraduate in Engineering
At least two years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software and project tools
Fluent in English and Italian
International mobility and availability is essential
Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and practical, solution-oriented mindset
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools
Constructability studies and input into design
Experience with modularization and offsite fabrication concepts
Knowledge of heavy lifting, transportation and site logistics
