/p pWe are seeking a dynamic Administrative Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail sector, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-material projects from conception to completion.
As Project Manager, you will lead a range of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timelines while maintaining strong client relationships.
This full-time position is based in Milan.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Project Management : /h3 ul liLead the full lifecycle of window displays, retail animations, and popup projects for luxury brands, from briefing to execution.
/li liCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with their brand vision and technical specifications.
/li liDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
/li liCoordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the highest standards of design, craftsmanship, and delivery.
/li liSupervise the installation process to guarantee flawless execution on-site.
/li liCreate the client invoice /li /ul h3Design: /h3 ul liDevelop,
implement new projects and campaign ideas in the retail world /li liDraw and design proposals for creative and innovative solutions and be able to deliver projects within set timeframes /li liProvide technical advice on production and industrialization of displays, windows, furniture and retail spaces with the selection of appropriate material and a focus on lighting technology as well /li liAssist Sales resources for technical support in bidding/post-sale phase /li liCollaborate with Production Departments and External Partners in refining the production process and in compliance with the project itself /li /ul h3Supplier Vendor Management : /h3 ul liManage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of high-quality materials.
/li liOversee the prototyping and production phases, conducting quality checks and site visits as needed.
/li liTroubleshoot any issues that may arise during production or installation to avoid delays or budget overruns.
/li liCreate the suppliers POs /li /ul h3Client Communication Satisfaction : /h3 ul liServe as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
/li liEnsure all projects adhere to client specifications and uphold the luxury standards associated with their brand.
/li liBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients, with a focus on repeat business and client satisfaction.
/li /ul h3Required/Preferred Qualifications :
/h3 ul liBachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Design, or related field.
/li li2+ years of design/project management experience, preferably in the luxury retail, visual merchandising, or event production sectors.
/li liStrong understanding of window and display production processes, materials, and techniques.
/li liExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
/li liExceptional communication and negotiation skills.
/li liFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages such as French are a plus.
/li liProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
/li /ul h3Computer skills: /h3 pGood knowledge of the following software programs 3DStudioMax, Rhino 3D, V-Ray, the Adobe Suite, KeyShot and AUTOCAD.
/p pKnowledge of 3D printing skills is appreciated.
