/p h3About the Job: /h3 pThis is an exciting opportunity to join the New Product Introduction Engineering Team (NPI).
As a member of our NPI team, you will collaborate with manufacturing, RD, marketing, and engineering teams worldwide to contribute to innovative projects in a high?tech environment.
Your focus will be on the integration and interconnection of complex 4G/5G and future 6G devices used for wireless network validation.
You will apply your programming and measurement knowledge to a variety of hands?on projects.
/p pYour focus will be on the integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness of complex 4G/5G and future 6G devices used for wireless network test and validation.
You will apply your programming, measurement, and data analysis skills, complemented by AI?based automation and intelligent agents, to a wide range of hands?on engineering challenges.
/p pThe NPI team is multidisciplinary, involving electrical, software, and mechanical engineers, and is responsible for introducing new products into manufacturing and supporting production worldwide throughout the product lifecycle.
/p pWe are seeking an engineer who thrives in a fast?paced development environment, with the ability to work across digital, analog, and RF domains, and leverage AI agents to improve test efficiency, diagnostics, and production scalability.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIntegrate, validate, and troubleshoot complex Radio Units (RU), User Equipment (UE) emulators,



and wireless network test systems used in 4G, 5G, Open RAN, and future 6G environments.
/li liPerform system?level bring?up, integration, and verification of RF, digital, networking, timing, and synchronization subsystems.
/li liDebug hardware, firmware, software, and RF performance issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
/li liDevelop automated test solutions for RF validation, manufacturing test, and product qualification activities, Designing and implementing new test algorithms /li liCollaborate with RD design teams to investigate design issues, validate corrective actions, and improve product manufacturability and reliability.
/li liHelping to design the manufacturing process and develop product tests required to determine instrumentperformance and specifications.
/li liMaking modifications to test stations or creating new test stations as needed to support production test needs.
/li liSupport product integration activities involving Radio Units, O-RAN architectures, CPRI/eCPRI interfaces, Ethernet networking, timing synchronization, and server?based platforms.
/li liLeverage AI?assisted diagnostics and intelligent agents to improve fault isolation, troubleshooting efficiency, and test automation coverage.
/li liWorking with team in Malaysia / Penang (Keysight Manufacturing plant) to transfer instrument production when needed.
/li liCreating documentation for the production tests and test stations.
Partnering with Penang to address and resolve quality issues that may appear during production /li liAnalyzing test data and making specification recommendations during instrument specification settingprocess.




/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working in Linux environments and using scripting languages such as Python to automate test and troubleshooting activities.
/li liHands?on experience with RF and microwave systems, wireless communication technologies, and radio architectures.
/li liExperience integrating and troubleshooting complex electronic systems containing RF, digital, embedded, and networking technologies.
/li liFamiliarity with wireless standards including LTE, 5G NR, Open RAN, and related radio access network technologies.
/li liExperience using RF test instrumentation including spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
/li liUnderstanding of RF measurements, calibration techniques, and performance verification methodologies.
/li liFamiliarity with agent frameworks /li liAnalytical problem?solving skills and communication skills /li liExperience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
/li liExcellent people and communication skills /li liAbility to interact with internal and external partners/customers in different geographic areas /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications: /h3 ul li5-10 years in practical engineering experience /li liKnowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in analog (including RF and Microwave) and digital circuits.
/li liDesire to collaborate with cross?functional teams worldwide to achieve objectives /li liGood organizational skills and the desire to work in a fast?paced, results?driven environment.
