In this role, you will drive the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for Brioni across all product categories. Based in Rome, you will partner with Creative and Product Development to shape collection priorities and ensure balance across categories and price points. You will present collections to internal stakeholders, monitor performance, and provide insights to maximize commercial success aligned with brand standards. This is an opportunity to influence product storytelling and market relevance within a prestigious, Italian luxury house.

Responsabilità
- Partner with Creative and Product Development to define seasonal collection strategies and priorities
- Contribute to seasonal collection architecture ensuring balance across categories, price points, and product families
- Support presentation of seasonal collections to internal stakeholders highlighting key stories and opportunities
- Monitor seasonal product performance and provide insights on trends and carry-over opportunities
- Collaborate with Retail and Planning to ensure assortments meet market needs and commercial objectives
- Assist in defining seasonal assortment priorities by monitoring market trends and business performance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical, planning and reporting skills
- Knowledge of markets, competitors and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Fluent in Italian and English
