What you'll do
- Support customers in Italian and English by phone, chat, and email on repair enquiries
- Explain repair solutions clearly and handle complaints with empathy
- Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team What we're looking for
- Fluent Italian and good English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
