Overview
As Indirect Markets Regional Business Unit Manager, you will lead Hologic's Gynaecological Surgical Solutions in a diverse set of markets across Poland, Israel, MENA, South Africa and Southeast Asia. You will shape regional commercial strategy, drive sustainable growth and expand patient access by coordinating distributor networks and cross-functional teams. You will manage and develop a dispersed team, influence senior stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of the GSS portfolio. This high-impact role places you at the center of international market development and growth.

Responsabilità
- Lead regional commercial performance across multiple countries and indirect markets
- Develop and execute strategic regional business plans to grow revenue, share and profitability
- Coach and manage a geographically dispersed team to build a high-performing culture
- Strengthen relationships with distributor partners, key accounts, healthcare leaders and senior decision-makers
- Support dealers in creating commercial opportunities, closing complex projects and accelerating GSS adoption
- Analyze sales performance,
market dynamics, customer insights and competition to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Drive execution through CRM tools, forecasting processes and performance management systems
- Collaborate with marketing, market access, customer support and commercial leadership on regional and international initiatives
- Act as a trusted deputy for senior commercial leadership on cross-functional projects and strategic objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven commercial leadership in surgical medical device environments
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries
- Track record leading distributor networks and indirect sales channels
- Knowledge of commercial strategy, planning, forecasting and performance management
- History of exceeding commercial objectives and achieving sustainable growth
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L;, assess risks and identify growth
- Excellent relationship-building skills to influence distributors, hospitals and executives
- Strong English communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel ~40–50% internationally
