Rebag has been featured in the New York Times, Business of Fashion, VOGUE, TechCrunch and more. /p pbRole /b /p h3bRole /b : /h3 pThe People Operations and Talent Associate will support the day-to-day delivery of Rebag's recruiting and HR operations. This is a broad, hands-on role designed for an early-career HR professional who wants exposure to the full employee lifecycle. /p pThe Associate will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll and benefits inquiries, training administration, reporting, and offboarding.
The role will also support employee relations and performance-management processes under the direction of the Director of Talent and HR. /p pThis is not a recruiter-only position. Priorities will shift between hiring and other HR responsibilities based on business needs. /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liCoordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, background checks, and offers. /li liSupport onboarding, I-9 completion, employee changes, and offboarding. /li liMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems, including Rippling and Greenhouse. /li liAssist with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. /li liRespond to routine employee and manager questions. /li liSupport performance-management and employee-relations documentation, escalating complex matters. /li liCoordinate training and other People programs. /li liHelp improve and document HR processes. /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul li1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, People Operations, or related experience. /li liStrong organization, communication, and follow-through. /li liAbility to handle confidential information with discretion. /li liComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. /li liHRIS or applicant-tracking experience preferred. /li liRetail or multi-location experience is a plus. /li liFluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred. /li /ul pbYour resume must be English, otherwise it won't be considered. /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
