h3bDiscover your exciting role /b /h3 pJoin our project execution team and play a key role in managing subcontractor performance and commercial activities for complex semiconductor and high-tech facility projects. In this position, you will support successful project delivery through effective subcontract management, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams. /p h3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3 ul liMonitor and control subcontractor performance regarding cost, quality, and schedule compliance. /li liManage subcontractor invoicing, receivables, and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle. /li liLead supplement, variation, and change order management with subcontractors. /li liSupport claim management activities in close cooperation with Contract Management. /li liIdentify and mitigate risks arising from subcontractor delays or performance issues. /li liNegotiate subcontract agreements and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors. /li liCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Quality, Scheduling, and Project Management while providing regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager and driving continuous improvement through Lessons Learned activities.
/li /ul h3bShow your expertise /b /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed business, engineering, or technical education, or equivalent commercial/technical qualification. /li liAt least 5 years of professional experience in project procurement/purchasing, ideally within plant engineering or semiconductor projects. /li liExperience in process technologies for biopharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including GMP environments and utility systems such as ultrapure water, chemicals, and gases; alternatively, experience in electrical systems (MV, LV, IC/MSR).Strong understanding of subcontract management, contract administration, and commercial project execution. /li liProven negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a project environment. /li liProficient in MS Office and SAP MM.Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is between € 44'000 and € 50'400 gross per year (full-time).
