pGRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading international organisation within the Oil Gas and Energy sector, currently seeking a Material Customs Coordinator to join an upcoming project in Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative project, with the position offered on a temporary contract basis for approximately 24-36 months. The successful candidate must speak fluent Greek English with experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations. If you have the relevant experience and are interested in working on a temporary assignment supporting a crucial project in Cyprus, GRS Recruitment would love to hear from you. /p h3MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCoordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to support operational requirements. /li liManage import/export and customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures. /li liEnsure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and proper logistics documentation. /li liCoordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.
/li liSupport logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking. /li liEnsure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements in all logistics and customs activities. /li /ul h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 ul liDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. /li liMinimum 3-6 years of experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations. /li liSolid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms. /li liExperience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material traceability. /li liExperience in coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers. /li liGood knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems. /li liFluent in both Greek English is mandatory. /li /ul h3SALARY AND BENEFITS /h3 ul liSalary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. /li liAble to commit to a contract position /li liAble to work within Cyprus with no visa restrictions /li /ul pDue to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
